How do I get a refund? Can I transfer my ticket to another person or season? Can I resell my tickets? Can I purchase second-hand tickets?

All ticket sales are final, non-refundable and non-transferable. Additional details regarding Sculptured Sand ticket policies are outlined below, and our ticketing platform, Showclix, outlines its terms of service here.

Ticket Cancellations

While tickets are non-refundable, if Sculptured Sand cancels tickets for any reason, including weather-related delays or closures, we will automatically process a refund for the price of the ticket and the applicable sales tax. These refunds can take up to 7-10 business days after they have been processed to reflect with your credit card processor or bank. Service fees and exchange fees that cover ticket processing costs are not included in weather-related refunds. More information on delays and closures can be found here.

Ticket Exchanges

If you cannot attend on the day of your scheduled visit, you can exchange your tickets for a different date and/or time. More information on how to exchange tickets can be found here.

Ticket Transfers Between People

Sculptured Sand tickets are only valid for the original ticket holder and cannot be resold. Only tickets sold through our official Sculptured Sand website are valid for admission to Sculptured Sand.

Ticket Transfers Between Seasons

Sculptured Sand tickets are only valid for the season in which they are purchased. Unused tickets cannot be transferred from one season to the next, nor can a credit be issued for future seasons.
