Arrival: When you buy a ticket, you are reserving an arrival window. You can arrive and begin your journey through Sculptured Sand any time during that 30-minute arrival window.

Example: If you buy a ticket from 7:00-7:30pm, we plan on you arriving between 7:00pm and 7:30pm. If you arrive before 7:00pm, you will need to wait until 7:00pm to enter. If you arrive after 7:30pm, you will have to wait to enter until capacity allows for the number of guests in your party.

Departure: The magic of the sculptures is something to be savored, so take your time exploring. You may stay as long as you’d like in the venue, as we do not limit the amount of time spent enjoying Sculptured Sand. Typically guests spend about 30 minutes to an hour. There is no re-entry allowed once you have exited the experience.
