Due to safety and privacy concerns, Sculptured Sand prohibits the operation of unmanned aerial systems, or drones, on or above the attraction by the general public.

Drones may not be flown over Sculptured Sand without the prior written authorization from Sculptured Sand. Any authorized operation of drones on or above Sculptured Sand property will be governed by Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) rules and regulations.
